Our History

CCS Connecticut Content Specialists, LLC was founded in 2022 to meet a growing demand within the restoration industry for a highly specialized, trusted leader in personal property restoration. The company was born out of the overwhelming success and reputation of its sister company, ConnReno, LLC Connecticut’s premier fire damage reconstruction firm.

ConnReno, established by Brian Angelico, quickly became known for its exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to guiding families through the rebuilding process following devastating fires. As ConnReno’s reputation grew, so did the volume of referral requests not only for structural restoration but also for the meticulous handling and restoration of personal belongings affected by fire, smoke, and water damage.

Recognizing the need to separate these two complex disciplines for the benefit of clients and referral partners, we made the strategic decision to form two distinct entities: ConnReno, focused exclusively on reconstruction, and CCS, dedicated solely to contents. This division allowed each company to operate with a laser focus in its respective specialty while giving restoration contractors, insurance carriers, and public adjusters the confidence to refer business to CCS without concern over competitive overlap in reconstruction services.

Today, CCS Connecticut Content Specialists is widely recognized as a leader in the personal property restoration field. Our team combines expert knowledge with advanced technology, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as the Esporta Wash System for soft goods restoration, ultrasonic cleaning systems for delicate items, and ozone chambers for effective odor removal.
