Clothing / Dry Cleaning
Our 24/7 emergency response team is available around the clock for our affiliates, we have the ability to remove all textiles from a smoke or water damaged home within a few hours notice.
Once we receive the items a pre-spot treatment is performed and then off to our industry leading Esporta washing machine for a deep clean with a non-water-based solvent. This system guarantees complete removal of any oily residue from soot or the acrid odor of smoke. Upon completion of the cleaning process, clothes and textiles are pressed, steamed, or ironed then sent back to the clients home to be hung back where they belong.

Content Pack-out / Pack-backs
Carefully packing, wrapping, and storing treasured possessions safely.
When disaster strikes CCS is available around the clock to be dispatched, CCS will arrive and carefully pack, wrap, inventory and photo document all items removed from your dwelling. CCS will never determine whether an item is worth saving, our clients personal property is our focus and we treat all items as such.
Once the property has been fully restored and its called upon, we will return the contents to the rooms in which they were removed from.
On-Site Storage
Once cleaning is complete, all items are carefully re-packaged, labeled, palletized, shrink wrapped and placed into our climate-controlled storage facility until the property is ready for their return. Our secure key code only storage facility is monitored 24/7 by a state-of-the-art alarm with both audio and video surveillances.

Non-Salvageable Inventory
When items are damaged beyond repair, Connecticut Content Specialists can be called upon to create non-salvageable inventory lists for an client that we will provide to the insurance company. Lists will contain images, descriptions, model numbers, replacement cost and more.
Photo / Video Inventory
Connecticut Content Specialists understands how important your belongings are to you. No matter the monetary or sentimental value, size, or condition, we ensure all personal property is cared and accounted for. Additionally, we will do everything possible to limit any further damage to the affected contents. During the pack-out, all contents are fully documented, photographed, and tracked utilizing our content management software.
Our professional packing team will pack everything from bed linens to fine China, and everything in between. Once the boxing is complete, movers will load up all boxes and furniture for transport to our secure state-of-the-art-facility for cleaning and climate-controlled storage. Our client promise: handle all belongings with the utmost care throughout the packing, cleaning, storage, and moving stages as if they were our own!
